Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for shipping cost. All orders over $150 are eligible for free shipping!

We work very hard to ensure the quickest possible turn around from the time you place an order to the moment you receive your package. Our typical processing time is 1-2 business days. Once the order is shipped, please allow up to 5 days to receive it as it is with the carrier, and shipping time depends where package destination is. 

Why do I have my tracking number but my order shows no movement?

Please allow 48 hours once you receive your tracking number to see movement. It can take up to 24 hours to show an update within the tracking link once it is with the carrier. 

Can you ship to a P.O Box?

No we cannot. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
